If you have a group of 10 or more flying in for your event we may be able to negotiate conference rates on your behalf.

We can host a page for your conference on our website providing information on the event. Participants can view the page which can provide details on the conference. We can also work with your web designer to provide this information on your site.

On-Line Registration
Participants can easily register for your event on-line at your hosted page on our website. We will take your registration form and make it into an easy to use on-line form. This allows for quick registration, encourages people to register early, and presents your organization as being on the leading edge.

Local Events
We can advise participants about local events and attractions and make arrangements for sightseeing, fishing, and other tours. We can also organize optional tours for your delegates while they are in Yellowknife to make sure they have a great time and see some of what the North has to offer.
