View Your Itinerary

All bookings made through Arctic
Escapes Travel can be viewed on-line with Sabre Virtually There.
This gives you the latest details on your trip, current weather
conditions, maps, and more. You can even send your itinerary
to your mobile handheld device such as a Blackberry.
For most itineraries we send you an itinerary link that interfaces
directly with our reservation system. Any changes we make
to your reservation are automatically updated so there is no need
for us to keep sending you new e-mails with each change.
To View Your Itinerary
Itinerary Link
If you received an itinerary link via e-mail simply click on it to
view your itinerary. If you are asked for a password enter go@aetravel.ca
in the box provided.
Itinerary Link Does Not Work
The itinerary link can be quite long and sometimes your e-mail
will wrap it around into two lines. In this case you may have
to copy and paste the link in sections into your web browser address
bar.
Using Reservation Code to View
Itinerary
Your reservation code (also known as your confirmation, locator,
PNR, or file) are always 6 letters (no numbers). To view your
itinerary using this go to the
Virtually There page at
www.virtuallythere.com and enter
your reservation code and last name in the spaces provided.
Invoice
Click on the eInvoice link at the top of your itinerary to view your
electronic invoice. You can print a copy from this link.
Your eInvoice is available for up to 60 days from the date we issue
it. If you require a copy after this time please contact our
office and we will arrange a copy for you.
Password
If you are asked for a password to view your itinerary enter go@aetravel.ca in the password box.
