SFA Travel

Arctic Escapes Travel is an authorized agency for SFA Travel (Student Financial Assistance).  If you are a full-time student studying away from home we can book your travel to and from school and arrange payment directly from SFA.

How To Book
Contact us by e-mail, by phone, or by filling out the form below and we will get started on your booking right away.  SFA requires at least 2 weeks advance notice to approve your travel so don't wait until the last minute!

Information We Need
We require the following information to book your travel:
your full legal name (as it appears on your birth certificate or passport)
your date of birth
your travel dates to and from school and your home community
your e-mail address and phone number

What if I'm traveling past where SFA covers?
SFA pays for your travel to the nearest institution that offers your program.  If you are traveling past where SFA covers we can book your flight all the way to where you are in school and you can pay the difference in fare.  This will usually end up saving you money and will make your flight connections much easier.

What if my dates change after I have booked?
Check your exam dates carefully.  We recommend you wait until you have your final exam schedule as SFA will not pay for any change fees once your ticket is booked.
